The UK Customer Experience Awards™ by Awards International recognises and celebrates the innovative efforts of the UK's customer experience professionals striving to do more and deliver better for customers.
The UKCXA’s mission is clear: to offer winners the acknowledgment, learning experiences, and networking opportunities, all orchestrated with a commitment to fairness and transparency.
Held annually, the awards process takes places over a series of months culminating in a networking event and awards ceremony held at Wembley Stadium. This year’s presentation and gala dinner will be on the 17th October 2024.
The Service Economics team are pleased to be able to play our part in supporting this important UK CX industry event. Our Founding Directors, Rob Wilson and Sean Keane will both be partcipating as judges in multiple categories - alongside other industry experts.
Sean Keane commented; “We’re delighted to be supporting the UK CXA’24 awards. It’s a super event that showcases the best of the UK’s efforts to improve both customer service and broader experiences. Both Rob and I have participated before as judges and we’ve always been impressed by the commitment and effort that goes into the awards submission and judging process. We also like it’s inclusive nature - it’s one of the few CX events around where the diverse contributions of everyone at all levels are recognised. It’s not a CX echo chamber, just for the CX community.”
Rob Wilson added; “the quality of submissions and more importantly the service improvements the entrant companies have achieved never fails to impress. Whilst there’s clearly more to be done across the UK service landscape - it’s great to able to recognise real customer service improvement that’s actually delivered the goods.”
