UK Customer Experience Awards 2024

Service Economics were proud sponsors at this year’s UK Customer Experience Awards. In a glittering ceremony held at Wembley Stadium 17th October, over 700 CX professionals gathered to celebrate the very best of UK Customer Experience.

As sponsors of the “Best CX in Financial Services” category, Sean Keane was delighted to present the gold award on stage to ALA Insurance for their outstanding entry, which truly impressed all the judges.

Then later in the evening, Rob Wilson took to the stage to present ALA Insurance with a second trophy, this time for “Best Employee Experience - SME.”

Congratulations to all those companies who took part in this year’s awards and we are looking forward to being involved in this great event again next year.

Service Economics will be sponsoring the Best Customer Service in Financial Services category at the 2024 UK CX Awards, with the winners due to be announced at the prestigious awards dinner at Wembley Stadium on 17th October.
