Bringing Effective Service to London for a packed out event

Our second Effective Service live event took place in London on 25th March and attracted around forty senior professionals spanning Operations, Board members, IT & Change/Transformation and Strategic Planning roles. Click the button below to check out the photos from the event and a copy of the Live Doodle picture produced in real time during the afternoon.

Our inaugural Effective Service networking event this week has received great attendee feedback. Co-hosted with our partners, MERJE, the event was held at the Markerstudy offices in central Manchester.

40+ people from financial services, outsourcing, logistics, banking and housing associations all with seemingly different industry perspectives united in a common desire to learn and share experiences on how to deliver better, more effective service for less.

From contrasting efficient vs effective service operations, getting “hands on” into demand analysis, through to the game-changing power of “business digital twins” all the way through to double-loop learning - we seemed to strike a chord with our guests and new friends!

We covered a lot of ground in an afternoon but it seems to have really envigorated a lot of people - with a real buzz by the end of it! People were excited by what they had learned in just three hours, the interactivity and new ideas they would take back to their own operations.

We are already planning the next event in early Spring and if you’d like to come along then please get in touch with us events@service-economics.com
