Our two day Effective Service Leadership programme has been designed to give you the skills and knowledge you need to begin your service transformation journey. It’s a mix of classroom training, interactive exercises, and practical hands-on experience “in the work” that delivers tangible outcomes - delivered by trainers with real life experience of delivering Effective Service in UK and international organisations.
The training is provided by us, on-site at your premises, and we recommend groups of 10-20 delegates.
The course is suitable for anybody in a service or transformation leadership role, from Team Leaders to Customer Service Directors.
